I started TA training at Milefield Primary because working with children is very rewarding. What I like most is helping to make a positive difference to children’s lives and bringing a smile to their faces :)

I decided to work in education so that I could make a positive difference to the current and future lives of children by encouraging and helping them to realise their full potential.
The thing I like the most about being a Teaching Assistant is helping children to overcome hurdles and seeing them achieve things they didn't think were possible.

The reason I chose to be in education is to be able to help the children develop and grow. I love my job because I get to support the children to achieve the best possible outcome and seeing the look of joy on a Childs face when they achieve this is priceless. Also, teaching a new concept to a child and then seeing them put it into use on their own is one of the best parts of being a HLTA.
