You will be aware of the government announcement that all schools will close from Friday evening until further notice. Some schools will remain open to provide a service to care for the most vulnerable children and the children of key workers. Further information will follow about this once the government has produced further guidance. School will be open as usual until the end of Friday unless staffing shortages lead to the need to close.
In the meantime, it is imperative that our students continue to learn whilst the school is closed and packs are being provided for all students and e-learning resources are available on www.hcacademytrust.education/hcat-homeworking. If your child is absent, packs are available from reception or can be delivered

At Milefield Primary School, we take the safety of our pupils very seriously. It is our prime concern. In an increasingly technological world, pupils are spending more time online and using mobile devices to play games and interact with others in the wider world. Therefore, we have signed up to a National online safety service which enables all parents in our community to have access to free online training about how to keep children safe online and 100s of free help sheets and guides too. Please click the link and sign yourself up to complete free training. If you would like any support or use of a computer, do not hesitate to contact school and we can arrange this for you.
